Shipping & Handling

We aim to ship all orders within two business days, excluding holidays. During sale seasons, shipping and handling may take additional days. 

Due to the transit time and shipping cost, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for purchases made by customers outside of the continental United States. Thank you for understanding.

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. Once proof of delivery is generated by the shipping courier, we cannot be held responsible for the package. If you'd like to request signature upon delivery, please select the signature required option at checkout. 

We cannot cancel your order once placed. If you need to update your shipping address or method, please contact us immediately. In the case that the order has not been processed, we can issue store credit.

If the package contains heavy, oversized items, additional fees may apply. We will email you once the order is placed.

All tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the customer’s local government. Any additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer fails to retrieve their package, the cost to return the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
